Smt. Voleti Rangamani
Smt.Voleti Rangamani is the daughter of Guru late Sreeman C. R. Acharya, an internationally renowned and dedicated Guru of Kuchipudi' and temple dances and an acknowledged authority in Karnaas, Tandavams and Prenkhini Natyams in which the dancer forms the holy portraits with footwork. Sreeman C. R. Acharya has brought back this ancient culture to lime light after conducting a rigorous research on this subject. His daughter,Voleti Rangamani was closely associated in his research work.
She has conducted research on ancient Devadasee (Temple dancers) culture, which was existing in India. For this purpose, she traveled extensively and visited several places and ancient temples in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karmataka and interviewed aged Kalavanthulu (Devadasees) and collect sanem_shilpa: ed and documented valuable information in this process.
Widely traveled both within and outside India, invited by various professional bodies for lecture demonstrations, conducting dance workshops and also for presenting solo dance items, ballets and temple ritual dances by her troupe. She has taken her troupe to almost every state and city in India for presenting her specialized dance items.
She was felicitated by several associations and cultural bodies and conferred titles

- Natya Visharada by N.T.P.C. Telugu Samithi, Korba in 1991.
- Simhanandini by Andhra Mahila Samajam, Nagpur and Abhinandana association in 1994.
- Kalamani by Suryachandra and Ugadi Puraskaram in 1998.
- Natyaranga' Mani by Andhra Mahasabha, Bombay in 2002.
- She was honoured with "K.V.S.-2008" award by K.V.S. Trust, A.P., as a recognition and appreciation of her valuable services rendered to the field of Kuchipudi dance.
